Anyone who is at least 18 years old, not a resident of a sanctioned country, can invest through InSoil. Both individuals and legal entities are welcome. Before investing, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, as required by law, to ensure secure and compliant participation on the platform.

New users can open an account by completing the online registration here. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to get started.

The verification process includes the following steps:

  • Verifying your email address
  • Providing your contact information (and legal entity details along with uploading legal entity documents if applicable)
  • Confirming your phone number via SMS
  • Completing the KYC/AML questionnaire and an appropriateness questionnaire
  • Accepting the Terms & Conditions
  • Completing identity authentication through Ondato, our trusted partner

We may contact you for additional information or documents to support your KYC assessment.

Once your account is approved, you will be notified and can transfer funds to your virtual account to start building your investment portfolio.

You can invest manually via the Primary Market, activate the InSoil Auto Invest feature to invest automatically based on your preset strategies, or purchase investments from the Secondary Market.

Yes, investing through a company is possible on InSoil. To do so, select the legal entity account type during the registration process here.

The verification process for a legal entity account includes:

  • Verifying your email address
  • Providing the contact information of the Master Authorised Representative (MAR)
  • Providing legal entity details and uploading the required documents
  • Confirming your phone number via SMS
  • Completing the KYC/AML questionnaire and the appropriateness questionnaire
  • Accepting the Terms & Conditions
  • Completing identity authentication through Ondato, our trusted verification partner

We may contact you for additional information or documents to support your KYC assessment.

For the verification process, InSoil accepts only a valid passport or national ID card. Please ensure the document is current and has not expired.

The identity authentication is carried out via Ondato, our trusted verification partner. During this process, you will be required to:

  • Take a photo of your original physical ID document (copies or digital images are not accepted)
  • Take a live selfie for identity matching

To ensure a smooth and efficient verification process, please follow all on-screen instructions and guidelines carefully.

To update your account details such as your email address or phone number, simply log in to your InSoil account and make the changes in your profile settings.

For changes to personal information such as your name, please send a request to our support team at [email protected]. Make sure to send the request from the email address linked to your InSoil account so we can verify your identity and assist you promptly.

You will receive notifications from us about your ID document’s upcoming expiration. When you log into your account, you’ll be prompted to verify your identity with a new or other valid ID document. If you don’t update your document in time, your account will be temporarily suspended. During this suspension, you can still log in and view your account, but you won’t be able to perform any transactions or transfer funds. Once your updated ID document is verified, your account will be quickly reactivated. Rest assured, all your investments and funds remain safe and fully secured throughout this process.

If you suspect that your ConnectPay account has been compromised, or if you notice any suspicious activity, it is critical to act immediately — even outside of InSoil’s working hours.

To block your ConnectPay account, please contact ConnectPay support directly at: +370 666 44600 (available 24/7)
